I am supposed to be painting some bedrooms in a house today but I told Mr Chooky that we (Fairy Girl and me) can't go until the opening ceremony is finished........
I'm not a big TV sports fan but come the Olympics I am..........

Morning chooky,
I've been up since 5.10, before the alarm went off and it one of my favourite sporting events. I start HSC trial supervision on Monday so I will be up at this time most mornings over the next 2 weeks. Can't wait for the competition to start, football already one has been fun to watch on Foxtel

Yes me too. Slept on the couch so I wouldn't have to get out of bed at 5:30am! Mr Bean was a favourite. xo

I LOVE the Olympics - so great it is in my country this time. Just waiting for the torch. I have to be up early in the morning for a sewing class but got to see it to the end xx

Loved the fashion on the field as those olympians walked out. Oz costume could do with a tart up... some applique maybe??? I reckon Paul Mc had hair extensions and ol Liz looked like she was doing her knitting at one stage.... Bored AS.

My ankle is in pflaster and I am not allowed to walk on it. So I have plenty of time to watch the Olympics.

Of course! I figure I watch two years worth of sporting events in two weeks and then am free until two years later!

Definitely watching some of the coverage! A great way to get heaps of hand stitching done, and see some great sporting moments at the same time.
